i have just plugged my new ipod nano video into the usb plug and on itunes it came up with a screen to register the ipod! BUT the screen on itunes is too small to let you scroll over to press the button to register the ipod!! what shall i do??

Just for the installation, change your screen resolution by right clicking on your desktop, go to Properties and settings.
Change it and put it back when done.

Can I change my iPod case? (By the way, my iPod nano 8GB is red). I want to change it to pink - is it possible?
I also need a case for it so that I can protect it.
I saw one in Ted Baker shop, but they didn't have that for 2nd/3rd generation iPod nano 8GB.

if you bought a red one you cannot change that.
the only other alternative wich will favor you; is to buy a pink protective case for it.
you can purchase protective cases in all different colours, be it in shops or on the net.

Can you not take songs from CDs and put them on to your Ipod? If so how, because i can't seem to do it!!

Yeah , just rip your cds on to your comp through itunes and they should automatically go into your music and then sync your ipod. should work babe cause if you do it through WMP they will probably be copyrighted or something so you cant put em on itunes.

I got my ipod off the white screen that says do not disconnect I did what you said and I got my ipod on itunes and I restarted my ipod and it got back to connected. My ipod won't show up in i tunes now. How do I get it back in tunes with out getting it back on the white screen that says do not disconnect? How do I get all my music on i tunes back on my ipod?

Uninstall itunes and reinstall then resync.
